Its pure common sense to deactivate the game feature when the car is being drive. I would suggest back seat only for the kids but some reckless idiot would let the car drive while sitting in the back playing games. Although having seen some examples of American driving on youtube the car would probably do a better job.

He cancelled a model with a 520 mile range rather thsn the regular 360 mile but seems happy to release inexperienced drivers in cars that will, allegedly, reach 200mph and 0 to 60 in under 2 seconds. While the performance is technically impressive I think most users would prefer the longer range option especially with the spotty coverage of chargers for the moment.
