How Do I Un-Invite Someone From In My Wedding Party?

I have not sent her an invitation, only verbally asked her. We work together and she's very nice...its just...she is very embarassing and loud, like really loud and immature, her husband is also a pig and gets drunk. I feel really bad, but its my wedding day and I can't be stressed on my day about things they are gonna do or say. I'm thinking of telling her that our budget is more tight than we thought and we have to only invite family......any suggestions on how to break the news to her?
