Yes i see the ring you've drawn around the title, TTT, but the word 'Streetfighter' does not appear on my screen.
Top left it says 'Hard Times' and beneath that '1975- PG - 1h 33m'

I used IMDB directly and took my own screen shots and posted them using thumbsnap. go here:

and type "the streetfighter" in the search box. The one at the top of the list says "the streetfighter" 1975

some films do start off as one thing and end up as another, eg do a search for "Carquake" on IMDB and you get it come up but originally it was called "cannonball" - I actually saw that at the cinema in 1976!

This is the list I get & if you click on Hard Times it brings up a page which doesn't mention streetfighter.
