Anyone watching this series? It is a strange concept. There was a couple of very good episodes in previous series - it all depends on the people involved.

In one episode the house was unsaleable as the boiler was just hanging on the wall not connected to anything, the toilet wasn't connected and some of the work so shoddy it was dangerous. The producers had to get the experts in to finish the job so no profit.

I watch this programme as I find it a fascinating show on two levels. First the interaction between candidates and secondly the progress of the build.
This week alone has been interesting a a young plumber was paired with a very stroppy young female. About two months in the plumber bailed out with a spend more time with family reason. I guess it was to spend less time with his show partner. Yesterday was a young electrician with a lovely female who was averse to doing any work. He bailed out sharpish as he was doing most of the work. To her credit she carried on but needed the help of the shows contractors and many other trades. The house was finished but after all expenses there was not much profit left. When asked would she do it again there was a massive breath out and no was the answer.
