i know this is a soap story
Toyah is going to be accused of killing Iman but he was not killed in the crash he was looking and talking to her as she was going in the ambulance when he collapsed with a cardiac arrest ,
so cant be accused of murder, or even manslaughter ?

If it can be proven that there is a link between the crash and his heart attack she could be made responsible.

Only charge I can think of is Dangerous driving
