At the bottom of my television screen, when I pressed the "little house" icon, there was a line of icons running left to right showing (for example) Live TV, Google TV, Youtube, Netflix, My5 and so on. They've all disappeared! I imagine I've inadvertently touched a button on the remote but can anyone tell me how to get them back please??

Freesat itself doesn't provide those icons that you see. Freesat is just a transmission service, run by the company of the same name.

If you've got a TV with Freesat built into it, it'll be that TV that provides those options. (So we'll need the make and model of your TV in order to work out what's gone wrong).

If you've got a separate Freesat box though, it could either be the TV or the box that provides those icons. (It'll be the device which is linked to the remote control that you use to access them). So we might need to know the make and model of your Freesat box, depending upon which remote control you're using.
