Not too badly however I’m about to be swamped with tradies as the house needs some major maintenance done …very costly business, that !! Should have been a plumber I think !!

I'd need a plumber, an electrician, a gas fitter and a double-glazing fitter (among others) to get my house in order. As I've not got the money to pay them though, I'll just have to muddle on by, as I've been doing for many years. Oh well, c'est la vie :(

At least I've been getting the place a bit tidier lately. After thirty years of compulsive hoarding, I've finally started on a clear out! (It's been ongoing for the past month. Downstairs is still a total tip but my bedroom looks a LOT better now!)

My first thought was to sell the place and leave it for ‘them’ but I’ve no desire to go into a retirement village ( ghastly idea) plus the thought of clearing out the accumulated ***
