What was the name of the comedy programme (I think it may have been in the 80's with the Welshman, Shadwell, who wore a parker and never left his room, and who played him?

My favourite Siadwell quote:- " 'Siadwell, go for it' they kept telling me. So, I went for it. It had gone."

He was very funny. Thanks for the quick reply
i am sure it was called "Absolutely", not "Naked Video" which was made earlier.
John Sparkes was in both Simon, but Absolutely was on Channel 4 (JS played Frank Hovis who was usually portrayed in mid-defecation, and white-coated DIYer Denzil). Naked Video was on BBC2 and was where you'd have found Siadwell of a Tuesday night.
Most definetly Naked Video, class comedy
best one was when he said he went to a fancy dress party and he went as ... a smell... we laughed at that one in our house we did
