What annoys me is sound effects. On Blaze last night i was watching Craig Charles do a UFO investigation but the programme was ruined by incessant flashes and grating sound effects by the producers which were unnecessary, i had to turn the station over.

Why should a couple holding hands annoy you. My son and wife always sit hand in hand when they are relaxing. And most of the time when walking. It makes me feel happy. They are far from newly

The difference in volume between dialogue and music, which means you have to keep grabbing for the remote to either hear what they're saying, or prevent your eardrums bring blasted apart.

Perhaps that's just my ears. Either way, still annoying.

Those complaining about the loudness of music, have you checked your tv settings? My tv has a speech setting that amplifies the speech and quietens the background music

The no 1 thing that annoys me is that every program is pre spoilt, "in this episode" - "coming up" etc, makes my blood boil. I often watch the traffic cops shows etc but I fast forward the spoiler part. Why do they do that? what possible reason is there to spoil there own show from the start?

Politicians of all flavours not answering questions when being interviewed, and being allowed to continue 'not' answering questions. If i were a reporter interviewing an MP, and he/she was being evasive, i'd be very sorely tempted to say, "Well, if you're not going to answer my question, back to the studio."
Yeah, i know i wouldn't last 2 minutes as a reporter.
