Well we have! Not just bunting but also a large Union Flag . This may surprise some of the people on this site who accuse me of being an out-and-out leftie! I may have some left-wing views but I'm a staunch supporter of the royal family and I shall watch every minute of the coronation coverage. On the Bank Holiday Monday we're hosting a drinks and nibbles for various neighbours and we shall drink a toast to King Charles. Long live the King!

Actually I've read that thread and it's less than interesting.
Thanks, diddlydo. I didn't read the other thread, I just noticed new answers being added to it throughout the day.I thought there might be people who strongly agreed with your stance... and people who strongly disagreed!
If that thread is less than interesting to you, diddly, I guess this one will go the same way.

The Union flag and the bunting is fluttering here.
sticks of dynamite put up here....says he, droning on.
I thought you were down to help King Canute out with his bit of water problem ?
It’s a historic event, there’s room for as many threads as people want, some will be interesting for some, not so much for others, that’s life.
If I can be bothered to go and get some tomorrow then I’ll be putting some bunting up, wish I’d bought it today when I saw it.
I would have put some up but mobility is bad at the moment and I can't get to shops to buy some. I'll share the neighbours!
Amazon is easy.
Hardly anything near here! A couple of flags but they always normally fly the St George’s flag anyway. I put flags and things on our widows at the Jubilee (the only ones), but it took weeks to get the sellotape off the windows! OH has said ‘no’ this time!
Blutack Carole. Easy to remove.
No bunting here. Much as I love all this, Im just not feeling it.

Altho apparently we are doing prosecco by the pond at some point, which will inevitably lead to sitting round the fire in the field and then the hangover from hell.
No bunting for us. Not worth it. Noone would see it. But we'll still be enjoying the day in a quiet way. And we're supportive of our new King and Queen. We think their both great.
Their both great what?
The usual stuff up here on Royal Deeside.Just not the same love for Charles as we had for the late Queen. We will see what happens before Saturday.
Large Union Flag in our back garden plus a smaller white ensign. That ensign covers both bases.
Royal Deeside or, more correctly, Deeside, welcomes careful monarchs.
Its usually called Royal Deeside,Duggie. Are you thinking about another Deeside. This is the one with Balmoral Castle in it.
No bunting in our street yet. I won't be watching anyway. I've got things to do.
