Wasn’t that Bucks Fizz?
You're right. I'm befuddled with cheap vodka. I'm wrong.
It's the guys that strip off these days, Sandy - and they've promised to go all the way in the victory reprise if they win ;-)
The Swedish song has definitely been nicked.
Oh, dear god. Lets hope they get nul points.
I wasn’t going to vote for Ukraine but after Ternopil tonight ….
Last year I discovered you could vote multiple times
Does it cost money to exercise your franchise?
Yep. I think it might be free on the app
Not sure
This year the rest of the world can vote too
^^^ It costs 15p to vote from a mobile phone, Sandy. Voting from a landline costs 15p plus the cost of the call. Voting using the app still costs 15p because it routes voting via the regular mobile phone system. People can vote up to 20 times.
I've not seen it since Dana made me cringe many long years ago.
If they paid me to vote I still wouldn't.
You've actually missed some rather good songs over the years, Sandy. This, from the Netherlands in 2014, was probably my favourite. (It came second):
^^^ You've also missed a great deal of silliness - but that's what make the whole thing worth watching ;-)

Up until this week, I've not watched any telly this year since New Year's Eve (when I watched the ceilidh on BBC Alba). However there's absolutely no way that I could miss the three Eurovision programmes this week!
Well that was a bit special: Duncan Lawrence and Ruslana
I don't need to pretend I know nothing about them, because I don't.
If you define what you mean by weirdos I'll answer, otherwise I won't be able to.
Just turned the telly on to watch a bit of it. *** me, that was dire. Turned it off.
Earnest Eurotrash, Tomus.
The UK along with the US produces some of the best music in the world. I can't understand why they need affirmation from Eurovision. At least the US has more sense than to get involved with it.
The US is irrelevant
Hopefully Australia will pull out now as they obviously aren’t going to win yet again.
Eurovision isn’t really for the benefit of the casual viewer wanting to be outraged by tuning in in the middle of it ;-)
