Probably as big enough sheeite as it was first time round.God,is this what British tv and film has been reduced to?
Question Author
I enjoyed it first time round Miffi :0)

It’s a shame about the swearing but I think they’ve tried to portray what it was like then to the way it is now, and it ain’t pretty :0(
I don’t like the way Disney sacked one of the actors from the original for no reason. Unsubstantiated complaint about a completely innocent occasion.

Who David?
It was in the paper recently. In the original he played one of the two Gays. Hugo Spear. Apparently he was changing in his caravan when a runner, opened his door and caught him in the nude. He is devastated by the unfair response.

And I’m sure Bruce Jones aka Les Battersby ,sacked from Corrie years ago was in it?

I agree with David ^^ (assuming all is as shown) & shan't be watching it.
Sorry, I should've refreshed the screen.
Bruce Jones was in the original
Question Author
Thanks L.I.K, I never knew anything about it , nor did I see it on AB
Question Author
I thought he was Barry
That's strange - he started filming but doesn't seem to be in it https://www.thesun.co.uk/tv/18305479/coronation-street-bruce-jones-les-battersby-disney-full-monty/
Yes, Bruce Jones was, but only for a short audition and was not picked.
Question Author
I think he blew his chances when he called most of the cast of Corrie to the N.O.T.W all those years ago
A bit sick because I loved the Full Monty but don't have Disney. Do you think it might ever be shown on terrestrial TV?
Very likely, Kustard
Or you pay £8 for the month, watch the series and everything else that appeals and cancel. I remember paying a lot more than that for one DVD years ago
It got a one-star review from Deborah Ross in the MoS; 'rambling plots, convinces neither as comedy nor drama'.
