I remember it well , my son was nearly one years old and we watched the black and white footage

I also watched when he actually stepped onto the moon, at the time we didn't know the immortal words....
Three years before my time on this planet so missed it, but I do believe Nasa intends to return there sometime soon.

He's always been rat rouge.
I was on the SS Duquessa heading to Brazil.
I had my wrist slapped a few weeks ago, I started to think it's just me.

I remember Kevin Keegans speech back in 96' about SAF now that was funny.
The last episode of Star Trek aired on 3rd June.
I'm not sure I can recall the launch, but I certainly recall the landing vividly. About 2am, if memory serves. We had no idea at the time just how close they came to disaster! Nixon even had a speech prepared in the event that they didn't make it home.
