Unable To See Itvx On My Firestick

I bought a new firestick this week and since then I have been unable access ITVX.
I have followed many suggestions but no use. Any ideas please ?

ITVX is useless - works when it feels like it, which isn't all that often.

My Firestick works perfectly with iPlayer and other streaming services, but ITVX fails to load about 75% of the time.

Thank you all for your help. I too can get te but no itvx
Guess we'll have to live without it- trouble is it used to be good for catching up o soaps etc when have been out

"ITVX is useless"...well, it may be on a Firestick, but works perfectly well on my smart TV.

If you have a smartphone, pc/laptop or tablet you could open ITVX on the device and 'cast' it to the TV, so you can watch the content on the bigger screen, it works very well
