According to the Ebay link it's £32.52 (the price of the item and postage in pounds is just next to the price in dollars).

Oops, I didn't notice that!
So the price of the CD is £14 which isn't bad if it's something you really want, but £18.18 for the postage which is ridiculous.
I take it it wouldn't cost that much if the OP lives in the US.
