Naomi, i found Top Boy to be an excellent series which, imho, comes across as quite authentic - not that i'm an expert in the subject matter, i hasten to add. If i remember rightly, you may want to employ the subbies because there is some 'street slang' involved, but it really is well worth the watch.

Well, we watched the first episode of this last night and I have to say neither of us were entirely enthralled by it. Will watch the second one maybe tonight and see if it becomes worth persevering with.

Gave episode two a go for 30 or so minutes and gave up, really don’t know what all the fuss is about.
