I’m Really Bored With The Offerings On Evening Television

I'm rewatching Succession, just got to the end of series 1.

Who knew  the super rich were that mental?

Tom Selleck is Jesse Stone an ex LAPD cop fired for drinking who gets job as police chief in a small town outside Boston.

Author of the books also wrote the Spenser series

I started watching Succession Douglas but abandoned it.  I did that with Breaking Bad and Peaky Blinders and then tried them again and loved them.  I'll have another go at Succession.

I don't tend to watch many series because there tends to be a lot of hype around them and the more people rave, the less likely I am to watch for some reason.  If you have Netflix, there is a good 3 parter about the Mob (Get Gotti)  Really enjoyed that.

I love Below Deck.  It's the only reason I have the Hayu app on the TV (not everyone's cup of tea but I love it)

One of my favourite films is still on the iplayer, Naomi.

'The Train', with Burt Lancaster and Paul Scofield.  There's a lot of explosive action in it, but nothing gory .

It's a terrific story 🙂

Has anyone watched 'Last Night in Soho'

Not everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed it. Good music from the 60s.

It's with Beth Harman, who was in The Queen's Gambit.

I'm binging Billions at the moment. Though I've got to series 6 and starting to get a bit bored.  

Shelter on Amazon Prime isn't a bad view if you're bored.

World on Fire - BBC iPlayer is very good.
