Over the last year, with all the deaths/murders/deaths, and general calamity, this must surely be second only to downtown Fallujah as the world's most dangerous place?

No, Emmerdales slightly more dangerous I believe, then Baghdad.
St Mary Mead? Oxford? Midsomer?

Emmerdale's equally up there with Albert Square but Oxford? In reality there's a murder a month in that city even without Colin Dexter's novels but it has a higher population than these aforementioned fictional places so one would expect a higher murder rate. Mind you the deaths are not so much in the colleges moreover in the town. I've not watched the Midsomer Murders but doesn't it concern several villages and certainly not Midsomer Norton in Somerset!!

Basically avoid Walford, Southfork, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and that mansion Blake Carrington used to live in and more important than that, never work on the USS Enterprise in a red shirt. You'll be inviting death no end.

There was a rumour a few weeks back of a MacDonalds in Albert Square, but it had to be scrapped, because they would have served Happy Meals, and it wouldn't fit in.
more worrying is that once you live there you can never leave (until you leave) ... everyone has jobs there, buys there shopping there, goes on nights out there ... it's like the rest of londons been sucked into oblivion!
