trying to remember a childrens tv programme!!

can anyone remember a programme, probably from the mid 90s, something to do with time travel, and a large clock inside a shopping mall with some sort of manikin figure? also remember some sort of glass ball?? very vague I know but I've been trying to remember more about it and cant!

Would it be Dungeons & Dragons? Im only guessing cos it had time travel. there are loads of websites dedicated to old childrens tv. you should google it.
