There's someone on my timeline who only post sexy photos with her lip pocked out. She gets over 100 likes.

Most of them are just going through a phase.  When you’re young and beautiful, you tend to be rather narcissistic.  It’s something most people grow out of when they stop being young and beautiful.

Don’t let it bother you.  If you’re not young and beautiful, don’t worry.  Neither was I.  Beautiful that is; I was young.  But if you’re young and not beautiful, I’d be grateful. It might feel unfair right now but being obsessed with your appearance is not a good thing.  Endlessly posting pictures of yourself pouting like a fish is not healthy.  Just accept the fact that you’re you and they’re them.  Just be you.  Develop your personality.  Be kind.  Try to live your life by the golden rule: don’t do anything to anyone that you wouldn’t want someone else to do to you.

It's a matter for them not you, unless she's your daughter maybe. Are you jealous/concerned about the number of likes she gets- and, if so, why does it matter to you? You're in your 50s aren't you?
