Dvd Delivery From Cinema Paradiso

Because I like the DVD 4K quality above what streaming services supply, I've been using Cinema Paradiso for a number of years. They previously traded as Love Film. Recently I have not been receiving the odd delivery, even though their Website indicates they have sent the DVD I ordered. For some time now I've been obtaining a certificate of posting on all my returns.

However, they have threatened to cancel my subscription because I have not received my DVD over a couple of deliveries and do not seem to trust my, or their, local sorting office. It's even led them to ask me to pay for the 'lost' DVD, which I naturally refused. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Thank you Clementino, it does seem to be a trend lately.

Like some others, their email replies seem non-existant, to me at least. I've asked them three times why the film at number one on my list is consistantly being 'passed over'.

I always check the disk surfaces before playing and if I see the slightest mark I go over the surface with silver polish.

I'll give it a little while before I decide to cancel.
