The Nevermets Part 2 - Spoilers

All people who have long distance on-line romances and eventually meet for the first time.  For me it was a mixture of tears and OMG!  Has anyone else watched the whole series and if so what did you think?

I've watched the whole series but the last episode will be on terrestrial later this week, I streamed it.

Fantastic series, very happy, glorious ending for one couple but another woman behaved very badly.

I feel very sorry for the Sarah, hopefully she will realise what she has got involved with when she watches her episodes and Jgoy's behaviour on TV.

Looking forward to series 2, hope they are all genuine and not TV hungry

I've seen bits of the first series...not enough to get really involved, but I've enjoyed it. I keep forgetting when it's on. Maybe catch-up is the answer.

He had already applied to the USA and Ireland for visas and been refused.  I wonder if he had girlfriends in both those places too?

I don't know what she sees in him.  What he said to her when his mates were around would have sent me heading for the hills!

The last episode was a very joyous result for one couple . I watched it last week on My4 .

They both seem to be genuine and I feel it will be long-lasting

I've never seen it but know that they're not genuine and it won't last.

I confess to shedding a tear, clementino.  Just lovely.  They're so happy.

I know what they doing and where they are now and the whole families are posting elsewhere which is good to see.

I am surprised at this: Leah and Chad met on a dating site called Seeking, known for its high wealth clientele and for connecting older men and younger women. 

He didn't strike me as 'high wealth'

I've read horrible comments about Jay being so much younger than his nevermet, calling her a groomer and a paedophile but I really don't think that is the case. I've also read accusations that she wants only wants a visa to live in the UK but she would know it would be far easier to do that if she married a financially secure older man who can prove he can support her.

Our friend had to jump through many hoops before her husband got his visa.  They have been living in Sikkim for a good few years now

He didn't strike me as particularly well off either, barry.  Perhaps she was disappointed.

 

I think Jay and Veena could well end up together once he's finished his education.  I don't think she has an ulterior motive.  She has a successful career.  'HE'S THE ONE!'  Poor Veena.  I felt so sorry for her.

Chad's dad quizzing her on how many children she wanted might have put her off, she's not a brood mare

His dad was awful.  I know he's keen for more grandchildren, but he'd only just met the girl.  How emnbarrassing.

I've just seen Sarah on X/Twitter and she is still with him. No other details

I really can't see that working.
