Sorry not sure which category to put this in. Can anyone identify this 'hallmark' inside a shiny silver ring please?

Have you tried a Google image search on it, in the hope of one of the matches giving more info ?

Image search had zero matches.

Could it simply by 'Joe' or 'Zoe'?

I found this relating to the amount of silver plate on French and German goods but it doesn't specify 200

Yes it's not a proper hallmark, could be a trade name l suppose

I did a reverse search and could find nothing to match. Interesting question, though, I like a puzzle.

no this is not a hall mark, if you look at a lot

( should be impressed andd one by a stamp) - this is engraved with a spinny thing

Silver purity is not coded and so I think it is 'Joe'
