Hope we all had a good eve lastnight? Another spectacular full moon - looked so striking. Not sure what the weather is meant to be today but pretty grey, damp and dark at the mo.

 Ive got loads to do but no rush to do any of it lol. 
Have already sussed dinner  for this eve lol - a simple roast chicken, salad and crispy jacket potatoes.Can't go wrong with roast chicken! Am liking my new shopping online thru Amazon Prime instead of my old Morrisons online. If you have Prime then over a certain amount then all deliveries are free, but that's not my main reason - you can do an online big food shop, and have it delivered the same day! Mine was delivered within 2 hours! And all packed brilliantly in large brown bags with cool pads. Very impressed.

Now the kettle is calling me for another cup of tea - what's everyone's plans this morning?

Morning Smow, hospital appointment for me today so I'll be driving round and round and round the car park looking for a space.  Taxi is not an option this time as I have another appointment after. 

I cannot get on with the Morrison's online shopping via Amazon.  It doesn't seem very well laid out

Just been handed a coffee, thought I heard the machine going on. 

Is Prime grocery shopping only Morrisons or can you mix and match with others.  I prefer going to the store to choose my own fruit and veg, but sometimes end up trekking round Sainsburys and having to go to Tesco and/or Waitrose for things.

hi Barry - yep hospital parking is a blooming nightmare, hopefully you will have no trouble x

ubasses - yes I must admit I do the same, I don't put fruit n veg on my online shop, or bread. I prefer to go and buy them as I want as we have an amazing little Turkish supermarket up the road where you can literally go and buy 2 potatoes, or 1 tomato, and it's all so so fresh. 
As for mixing n matching, I'm actually not sure as never tried it, but I do know it definitely covers different supermarkets. Will look into that this morning as I'm curious now lol.

Good morning Smow and all.
It's rather dull and overcast here today, although my Alexa says it's 14C.
Nothing much to do today, friend is coming over shortly for coffee and natter, then that's it till the next big event in my day ----watering the newly reseeded lawn at 6pm. Have to do that for 8/10 days it seems. I do like my Alexa for reminders of such things.
In between will probably be more prem baby knitting for the hospital.

Morning ferlew. My hubby and his mum have this ongoing tease about her Alexa knowing her personally and saying "Good morning Janet " to her every day. He says there is no way it does but she swears it does lol. I've looked and apparently you can get your Alexa to recognise your voice and do this, but he still isn't having it lol.

Is it still morning? Yep...so a good one to everyone. 

I keep getting pestered by amazon to use Morrisons but 1...I rarely need to spend £60. 2...like Barry, the online site doesn't make sense. 3...Not enough of the things I want. I think amazon offers their own food shopping via Amazon Fresh...available in London iirc.

So...I'm doing a Sainsbury's online shop today. It's automatic... all my favourites just get clicked off, and I've got offers on most of them.

Hi smow & all. Don't use online shopping, yet...Weather good here in sunny Weymouth! Going home tomorrow. We have been entertaining my sister & friend from Canada last couple of weeks. They came here and visited West Bay & Durdle Door. They loved it. They are now traveling around Cornwall. Back to us Friday. They love the Cotswolds too. Best make the best of good weather, its changing Friday. Hope you are keeping well Smow? x
