Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

A pleasant enough entry level Listener where the only challenge was our utter lack of knowledge of the theme.

Well constructed but the clues were mostly too simple.

The theme didn't help that much anyway. A single-sitting puzzle, that kept me going till I had finished it. Enjoyable, but none too taxing

Agreed - a fine entry-level puzzle, but not without some interesting grid entries and a sprinkling of very neat clues, as you'd expect from one half of the setting team. To be picky, there wasn't really anything in this that we haven't seen before, and it would have been nice to find an extra dimension to the endgame to suit the theme. Fun to complete, though. Spent most of my time trying to pinpoint the omitted letters to tease out the hint, having already completed the grid and made the required alteration.

Likewise not my specialist subject but a nice rest from some of the tougher offerings. Presume we are expecting another numerical in a couple of weeks?
