Just watching the Hurricane Higgins one. His first world title in 1972 was for £480! played in the British Legion! Higgins was a loose cannon but he put the game on the map. The modern players have him to thank for their earnings.

"The tournament ran from March 1971 to February 1972, with matches at various venues. Spectators at the final were seated on wooden boards placed atop beer barrels. On the first evening of the final, the session was conducted with reduced light provided by a mobile generator, as the normal power supply was interrupted due to the miners' strike"

It's interesting that TTT prefers to watch snooker from over a half a century ago, rather than the live coverage of The Masters that's on BBC2 right now! (Williams v Ding)

I'll do both chico but I'm more interested in the guys from late 70s and 80s. These days they are a bit dull. I don't have the enthusiasm I once had. I do dip in and see how the matches are going but I don't watch it all..
