Most kitchen drawers have knives that anyone could use to kill someone. OK do age checks on line but really it's urinating in the wind. 

The problem is societal lets start looking at that shall we.

Yes, I do agree.  It's typical gesture politics- banning Amazon sales of kitchen knives or introducing age-checks may be a bright idea but  going to make a miniscule difference to knife crime and the stabbing epidemic.  But they've got to be seen to be doing something.  Meanwhile, Sadiq Khan gets a knigthood. Well done, Keir Starmer.

Amazon do age checks or are supposed to.  Probably need to ensure all delivery drivers do it though.

But as said above, just posturing, plenty of knives in the kitchen draw and planty of screwdivers in the garage.
