Trump Kills Tax Deal
https:/
trump has pulled the USA out of a convention agreeing minimum corporate tax which was intended to stop tech companies from dodging tax in countries where they operate
trump has also threatened retaliatory measures against countries which maintain these agreed minimum tax rates which includes the UK the EU and many other OECD countries.
how can anyone rely on the USA as an ally when they treat their partners like this? why would anyone make a deal with a country that pulls out of them so casually and punishes you for abiding by them?
how will retaliatory measures on the developed world affect the american economy?
