Yes they are and their mum is US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice!

Both of them actually are of Irish descent and share the same Paternal Grandfather ~ Paddy Fields, hence the uncanny resemblance.

Was Paddy Fields' maiden name Paddy O'Doors?
