What was that late 80's kids programme?

Can anyone tell me what the childrens tv programme (cartoon) was that had a professor in a hot air balloon in it? Cant remember anymore than that!

Not sure of which prog you are talking about but this site is exellent for 80's cartoons. Its havin a refurb at minute but if you click on the prog titles to the left you can see pics and listen to the theme tunes
