Neat and Tidy?

Did I dream it or was there a programme about 15 years ago called "Neat and Tidy". The title came from the fact that the two main characters were called Nick Neat and Tina Tidy, although if I remember rightly these were actually just names they made up for some reason. He had blond hair and she had brown and was very good looking. I think that it might have been based in Australia.

It could have been a film, but I really hope I that I haven't just imagined it all as I can picture it vividly!!!!

I believe it was shown on Channel 4 within the timeslot vacated by "The Tube" when that ended in 1987.
