Nearly as over-rated as Fawlty Towers: sub-Ray ****** tosh with racist overtones liked by people who find The Good Life too "edgy". it's twaddle, admit it.
Steve Coogan? two words: Tony Ferino.
There isn't a single programme. 99% are dross.
In essence just about anything that my darling daughters sit glued to in my opinion is not worth watching.
I'm a Z-list celebrity in the jungle fat ******* on ice has to be pretty high up the list. I watched The Office once, and found Ricky Gervais to be not funny at all. Little Britain is overhyped, not funny. Strangely though I do find Catherine Tate to be amusing, as an accurate representation of 'modern yoof'. My good lady seems to like watching overlarge women, particularly American, having lard removed from their buttocks, and installed in their lips. I have yet to work out what the attraction is in this program.
As far as I am concerned, the only program worth watching (sorry to turn thread round) is the local news at 6pm

Genuinely overrated ones for me are Little Britain, Lost, the various CSI series, Scrubs, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Coronation St, Nighty Night (people who say "It's great, it's so DARK" should be poked in the eye without recourse to prosecution), Black Books, Ally McBeal. And others I can't think of. I don't think I could single one out for the top spot though.
