"What's all that about"? Er... it's a joke. Like the fact that at one point a blatantly fake kangaroo is "driving" the car.

So they won't insure men to drive, but they'll insure kangaroos (female ones, presumably). All together now:

The guy in the audience is Joe Scully - he was sacked from neighbours for drug using and being abusive to the other cast members - he is currently on trial for wrongful dismissal in Australia!!
