Please settle an argument between myself and my husband. Does anyone know how old the girl from the test card is now? I don't want to be intrusive into someone's life but it would be interested to know if she is a celeb because of this and if it still affects her life. Are you out there? do you still get recognised?

I remember seeing the woman on a couple of those nostalga programmes over the years, and yes, she still has the felt clown doll.

Her father was an engineer at the BBC which is how she came to be photographed for the card.
