There's a clip of Brittney Murphy (or a lookalike lol) lying on a bed saying "What's the plan, Stan?". What film is this from?

Is she perhaps talking to her director? Maybe Stan Lee? Can't think of a direct quote from a film.

this is only an estimated guess, but I think its from the movie "Spun" (2002). I'm pretty sure she's talking to Mickey Rourke in this scene in the ad, and the only movies they've worked together on are Sin City (2005) and Spun, and it's certainly not a scene from Sin City!

Also, I've not seen it but Spun is basically about a bunch of trailer-trash types going on a 3-day drugs binge/roadtrip, which this scene wouldnt look out of place in.
