I've no idea where he's from, but where you're from has no bearing on what religion you are. Latino describes where someone is from rather than their religion- I'm sure there are Latino Muslims, Latino Christians, Latino Jews etc.

No, he was born in Morroco as its says on his official site. He cam to britain when he was just a boy. Yes, robbo82, you're right but he is a muslim

Chico, was born in Bridgend, South Wales as Yousseph Slimani. He was two years old when his parents divorced and he and his elder sister Sabah, were sent by their farm worker father to live with their grandparents in Oujdo Morocco, near the Algerian border. His grandparents were poor peasant farmers who survived by selling fruit and vegetables, tending cows, donkeys, sheep and goats. He became a goat herder from the age of seven.

Chico, at 14, returned to the UK to live in Crawley, West Sussex, with his father, a taxi driver, and his new wife and family.
