A cartoon with a pedestrian who turns into the devil

Hi, I remember a cartoon with a man who, when in his car used to grow horns and become the devil incarnate, impatient with anyone on foot, and then, when he was a pedestrian he used to hate car drivers.

Does anyone have any idea of the title? and the company?

i remember goofy of walt disney had a cartoon like that.

I was gonna say Goofy aswell, they played it at for kids at school for Road Safety days.

wow, I don't remember seeing it at school, just on tv such a long time ago and wonder if I can get it on dvd....just reminds me of some drivers I know!

maybe it's called Goofys Freeway Phobia is that the one with him as a pedestrian aswell?

Thanks for the link forgetmenot, I see I can get a calender with the piccys of Goofy but still cannot buy the dvd. Seems this one is not so easy to get hold of!
