Can't get CITV channel

The new CITV channel, which was launched on Saturday 11th March, doesn't show up on my digi-box TV listings page. I've tried just pressing the channel number '75' on my remote, but this doesn't work. My little sister is quite upset that she can't watch it, even though it's supposed to be Freeview. Do I have to do anything special to get this channel? If so, what?

I think every so often you have to do an auto tuning thing to pick up any new channels.

Don't know about Freeview but ntl haven't been able to broadcast the channel yet as ITV still haven't finished negotiating the price. Maybe its the same for Freeview?

You�ll have to retune your digibox, I checked mine and Ch75 was blank - just retuned it and the CITV channel is there and working fine.

Thanks for your replys. I'm going to have a go at retuning my digibox as soon as I find my instruction booklet!

And remember, depending on when you last retuned it you may find some of the other channels have moved around as well - but they�ll be there somewhere - and you may find a few extra!

Thanks jon1968; I've auto retuned my digibox and I've now found the CITV channel and a couple of others!
