Just read last week that there is going to be a Spawn 2, it will be darker more adult and as far as I know I think the Spawn character will have very little dialogue.

There's an animated TV show that is (allegedly) more faithful to the comics.

There may be a sequel, but based on the two detectives that follow the character spawn, with spawn being more of a shadow in the background of the story
