does anyone know when the new series of Lost starts on Channel 4?

i'll rub it in a bit more. im watching the 2nd series on RTE2 on Sky. i reckon it wont start until around May time.

They've just screened epsiode 17 in the states!

I understand they're showing the whole series again on E4, one episode per night, from next week. I would imagine that is due to coincide with the end of the current series of Desperate Housewives. My guess is it will be v.soon after that

I think it starts when desperate housewives finishes at the end of spring.

Have seen some of season 2 and it is a millions times better than the 1st

Talking of "Lost", did anyone make a note of those 'cursed' lottery numbers (4, 8, 15, 16. 23, 42) that won Hurley $90million, and use them in our Lotto? I have used them each week since I noted them, but no luck so far....

Has anyone won a tidy sum on the Lotto and if so were the numbers you chose random or Lucky Dip, or what?

4, 8 ,15, 16, 23, 24 came up in the Irish lottery a few months back...close! Apparently there were 296 winners so the prize was only small!

auntibertie, thanks for telling us about that. It seems that those 296 people at least, are not afraid of the 'Numbers Curse' !
Like everyone else, I'm also looking forward to the next episodes. I want to know what has happened to the little boy who was kidnapped off the boat his Dad had built, and what that steel underground chamber in the jungle was built for..... etc. etc.
So many loose ends to tie up that I hope the scriptwriters don't tie themselves in knots!
