Extreme violence on Eastenders
My son watches Eastenders, and I saw some of it tonight at 7.30pm, and I was amazed at the level of violence.
Do we really need to see a man holding a broken bottle right up to somebody's face as soon as the show starts.
Or threatening people with a gun that early in the evening.
I thought there was supposed to be a 9pm watershed.
No wonder young kids are running around threatening people in their local areas when they see this on TV.

Not even the invincible (but below average IQ'd) Mitchell bruvs' could survive that...could they?
With the boring 'Sonia's a lesbian' storyline that we have had in the last few weeks it's nice to have a bit of action.
You can't shield children from the truth, these things really do happen somewhere in the world, would you be as quick to judge a shocking image on the news, which is shown all hours of the day? and which given all the war recently is a common occurence on the news.
And if it wasn't happening, everyone would be complainig that EE is really boring at the moment.
(hope I haven't offended anyone, I'm just saying what I think)
