I have just learnt that Herbert Lom is still alive. Am I alone in thinking he died about 20 years ago?

I agree ...I thought Herbert Charles Angelo Kuchacevich ze Schluderpacheru died in 80s but apparently he did Pink Panther comeback film 1993

i am sure he used to pop up on stuff like department S and The Champions, (a few years ago though!lol)

Well I thought he was dead, so there. But at the same time I thought Thora Hird was alive and she be dead for a good few years now.

How odd.

I thought he was dead too. I suppose if someone elderly is known mainly for one character, when that character is off screens for ages we assume.
