been racking my brains for the title of an old cartoon from the 70s. from what i can remember there was a ghost who came out of a grandfather clock who was a bit of a wimp. he used to help a bunch of kids solve crimes. he says summat like " heaven to mercy" as a catch phrase. any one help?
