Really Good Films

Anyone know any really good films that very few hear about (not cult). I have recently seen 'The Runaway Jury' and to be honest it's the best film I've seen in ages.

Sexy Beast is a great film, as almost everything with Ray Winstone (bar that King Arthur whatever *****)

Le Apartment is great too and I really must see that film again. I really love French films and this one is superb!

Smoke is a film based on a Paul Auster short story and stars Harvey Keitel and WIlliam Hurt. My all time favourite.

Also, the best horror / thriller i've seen in years is The Descent, about a group of all woman extreme sports enthusiasts who go potholing in a remote woodland area of the USA. It's scary but deeply intelligent, excellently filmed and genuinely classy. The absence of any male characters really makes a difference.

Ive posted this on another thread recently but the movie The Devils Rejects is fantastic.Dont read the cover, its not a horror but more of a road movie. Its a movie that Tarantino would have been proud of. The soundtrack is excellent too.
