Bonds baddies weapons

During the helicopter chase scene in TOMORROW NEVER DIES, what are the guns that the bad guys are using. They seem to be machine pistols with sights, that they never seem to use

If memory serves me correctly the guns you mean are a version of the german made Heckler & Koch MP5 used by the British SAS. Hope this helps if i find its not i will amend this message but i think i am right.

phoenix15 is right, the weapon you mean is a Heckler & Koch. It's actually an MP5K, but who wants to split hairs! The weapon is actually more suited to close quarter combat and not the weapon you would actually choose if you wanted to try and neutralise two people travelling at high speed on a motorbike - from a helicopter! Perhaps that explains why Bond and Wai Lin emerged unscathed! Here's an image of the gun, without the optional sights:

A nice weapon if concealment is paramount as it is only 13 inches long, and it has a nice vertical front grip which helps reduce the recoil effect, but for shooting at a fast moving target you'd be better off with one of it's bigger brothers! (the MP5A3 for instance)
