its called Lost Horizon and is by a band called The BlackEyed Susans..... i only know because it was me that previously posted the question....and then after much research posted the answer myself too!

For your info it was played previously when Flynn and Sally got married originally and i heard it when Flynn told Sally he was dying....later in that episode she was watching their wedding video and the song was in the background)
