Exactly what did Graham Norton say about Maurice Gibb (RIP) that has upset his brother so much he wants to 'rip Nortons head off'?

Norton was wondering if the heart monitor or other equipment that Gibb was 'hooked' up to in hospital was playing the tune to "Staying Alive"

Don't really see why he's targeted Norton for it, though. It was the first thing that came to mind for a lot of people - including that hairdresser guy on the Salon!
