'Cathy come home' was a BBC Play for Today and was ground breaking at the time of its showing (late 60's I think). As its a BBC production, try their website or video sales.
The good news is that it's going to be released on video soon - Spring 2003, a few details here : http://www.bfi.org.uk/gallery/kenloach/early.html
They're both from the 60s. Up the Junction was originally a TV play (directed by Ken Loach) and then made into a film starring Suzy Kendall, Dennis Waterman, Maureen Lipman and Adrienne Posta. I can't imagine that either would be easy to find but the BBC might have the original on video. If it's any interest to you, the National Film Theatre is showing the original Up the Junction next month.
