Steve Coogan's new show

Well, I gave it about 10 minutes of my attention before I wandered off. Was it any good?

Some good ideas in writing the little asides. The characters seem realistic, if mostly unlikeable (typical Coogan I suppose). 'Magz' is a bonus and very well played. All the acting is quality. The music is getting to me. It's ALMOST recognisable. You know you've heard it before somewhere, but you just can't put a name to it.

Is the title music by Focus?

I watched all of it... it got funnier as it went on. Think the jist of that show was kinda to introduce the characters - i reckon the next few shows will/should be better.

I wasnt too impressed but will give it another chnace for the sake of Steve Coogan.

I thought it was very good (but I'm an old rocker from the East Midlands, and have encountered characters like Coogan's many, many times)!

Can't quite work out whether his character is a loser, or Mr Cool. I will give it another go, although the only time Iaughed was when he popped a cap in the Animal Rights guy.

i agree with nat - it got better towards the end and i think it'll be a grower.

obviously not a patch on partridge though.
