Not much happened in the last episode really. The one whose mother had abandoned her finally went up at the mass to receive a blessing on the day before they were leaving. The rest were just saying things about appreciating friends and family more but no dramatic belief changes or avowed changes in lifestyle. A bit dissapointing really.
Thanks Suzyboo, thought i read that nuns werent pleased with some of em. were they confronted, did they have a go back etc. did the 2 who made good friends say they would remain friends outside. what was it with the woman with 2 men too. i never got to grips with that. did they all live in the same house, were they bisexual? sorry but so unanswered questions for me!!!!!!!!
The nuns did have a meeting with them but the strongest phrase was that they should more fully immerse themselves for the final week so as to get the most out of it. The mentioned Angela and Victoria's friendship and Victoria got a bit defensive but the other woman (abandonded by mother - can't remember her name) said she did feel excluded by them but said perhaps that was just her issues. The implication was that everyone would remain friends and in touch with each other and with the nuns but I personally doubt it apart from Angela with Victoria and Iona with the nuns. Think that Victoria takes turns with her two men rather than them being a bisexual type trio but no idea if live in same house. All in all though it did seem a bit of an anticlimax
Thanks Suzyboo for all of that, you are a Godsend, pardon the pun! i would have liked to have seen a better ending to it than that though did enjoy watching it, minus last one of course!
